We have a systemic process to monitor the product quality at different stages of the project. We offer quality assurance measures to ensure the desired product is manufactured correctly on the first attempt.
Here’s what we are doing
Factory audit to evaluate supplier’s management system, production facilities, quality control systems, environmental and social responsibility etc.
Sample evaluation to confirm the products align with client’s requirements in respect of product functions, specifications and performance.
Conduct product risk assessment on product from design to manufacturing to identify and mitigate potential hazards which can lead to negative consequences.
Conduct in-line inspection during the production process of the product to ensure that it meets the required quality and performance standard.
Pre-shipment inspection after production is 100% completed. Normally AQL Level II 1.5 major/4.0 minor is applied. We also use 3rd party inspection company to guarantee the product quality is on the mark.
Complaint verification by use of 8D report. Identify the root cause and work to resolve it in a timely and effectively manner.
