How do you choose suppliers?
We have a set of criteria in selecting suppliers, like the expertise of the suppliers, factory size, product knowledge, engineering capability, major export regions, adequate test reports etc….
How can you ensure the quality control processes are effective?
We have well defined quality procedures in different stages of the project, from selecting suppliers, verifying product compliance, sample evaluation and approval for mass production, and approval for shipment release. We also have process to deal with customer complaint and implement corrective and preventive actions.
How can I try the product sourcing service?
You can let us try with 1 product and place a trial order to us and try our valuable services.
How much do you charge?
Our service fee can be a fixed charge or a percentage according to Purchase Order Amount. We can further discuss with clients on case-by-case basis.
What is your payment term?
Normally 30% after order is confirmed and balance before shipment. As we continue to work together, we can explore options for improving payment terms.
Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
It mainly depends on the MOQ requested by the supplier.
Any extra costs besides the service charge?
Yes, the service charge excludes pre-shipment inspection, lab testing and shipping costs.
How long to get a reply after sending inquiry?
We will acknowledge receipt of your inquiry within 24 hours and collect more information from client if needed.
